Cooling pad options in the BESMAN product catalogue

The BESMAN catalogue includes plastic cooling pad assemblies, removable pads and replacement cores. These are related products, but they solve different installation and maintenance needs. The final choice should follow the actual building opening, climate and water system.

Compare the construction

Start with the frame and core arrangement. A plastic cooling pad is an assembled unit. A removable pad is designed for access during cleaning or replacement. Separate green and black cores are replacement components in the supplied catalogue.

Confirm dimensions and water distribution

The customer catalogue lists 7090 and 7060 core forms in several thicknesses. Confirm the opening size, frame arrangement, water distribution and access before ordering. A replacement core should be checked against the existing frame, rather than chosen only by its color.

Plan cleaning and service

Pad placement should allow inspection of the water system and removal where the product is designed for it. Ambient conditions, airflow and water delivery all affect operation, so a catalogue entry alone is not a performance guarantee.

Share the opening dimensions and installation photographs through the BESMAN inquiry form to discuss a suitable configuration.
