BESMAN products shown on this site are presented for inquiry. A quotation, pro forma invoice or signed agreement sets the final configuration, price and commercial terms.
Cancellation or changes
Contact BESMAN promptly if an order needs to change. Whether it can be cancelled or amended depends on the production stage, customization and the written agreement.
Damage or discrepancies
Inspect goods upon receipt and notify BESMAN promptly with the order reference, photographs and a description of the issue. The parties will handle verified issues according to the written agreement and applicable law.
Refund method
Where a refund is agreed, its amount, timing and payment method will be confirmed in writing between BESMAN and the buyer.
